Saef Tech SF-TC397B-8774C-CT is a diagonal size 3.97”inch(4.0” inch) IPS type TFT LCD Display with resolution 480x800 pixels.
Product Features:
1. SF-TC397B-8774C-CT is TFT LCD module is a 3.97” inch(4.0” inch) diagonal size, 480x800, full color TFT LCD display with Capacitive Touch Screen (CTP).
2. This module supports SPI and RGB 24 bits Interface. SF-TC397B-8774C-CT model is having module dimension of 65.4*112.9*4.5 m and Active area size of 51.84 x 86.40 mm;
3. SF-TC397B-8774C-CT is integrated with NT35510 controller on module, and its logic supply voltage ranges from 2.6V to 3.3V.
4. It can be operating at temperatures from -20℃ to +70℃; its storage temperatures range from -30℃ to +80℃.
5. SF-TC397B-8774C-CT is portrait mode LCD module, with 400 cd/m2 luminance. If you would like to use it as portrait mode or adjust the luminance, please contact with us for more technical support.
6. SF-TC397B-8774C-CT FPC can be customized, and optional to be with or without Capacitive Touch Screen.
