SFTC430B-7082B1-CT is a diagonal size 4.3 inch IPS Full Viewing Angle LCD touch screen module with resolution 480x272 pixels. This module is built in with SC7282 IC; it includes the controller and driver IC functions, supports RGB interface, supply voltage (Vdd) range from 3.0V to 3.6V. This module is with IPS full viewing angle(80/80/80/80), and aspect ratio is 16:9.
SFTC430B-7082B1-CT TFT touch screen module is horizontal mode with brightness 350 nits. The module also is available for Resistive Touch Screen and Projected Capacitive Touch Screen optional. SFTC430B-7082B1-CT TFT LCD touch screen can be operating at temperatures from -20℃ to +70℃; its storage temperatures range from -30℃ to +80℃.

1. The thickness of the cover glass

The thickness of the cover glass of the industrial touch screen depends on the size of the LCD screen. For the special requirements of customers, different glass thicknesses can be customized, such as 0.55mm, 0.7mm, 1mm, 1.8mm, 2mm, 3mm, 5mm, etc.

2, The real color of the cover glass

A good TFT LCD screen can always show a clear and vibrant image, and after pasting it to the touch, in order to keep the color clear and true. We achieved this by choosing an ultra-clear cover glass solution for industrial touch screens.

3, The safety of the cover glass

The safety of the cover glass needs to be guaranteed. The two most popular options at the moment are: chemically tempered glass and thermally tempered glass. Both types of glass have increased strength due to the post-production process (chemical or heat treatment). When chemically tempered glass is broken, it shatters in long shards, unlike regular glass. The structure of hot-tempered glass after breaking is different, it will break into smaller granules.

4. Other materials of the cover glass

In most cases, the cover glass is actually made of glass. So, it's clear that that's where the name comes from. But it can also be made from other materials. A good alternative to cover glass is PMMA (polymethyl methacrylate). PMMA is a transparent thermoplastic. It is a softer material than glass (hardness is around 3H), but it is less transparent. It has a low dielectric constant, so to maintain the same properties, it must be half the thickness of glass. PMMA is a great solution, more suitable for industrial and rugged environments.

5. Cover glass silk screen printing
