TFT 4" inch WVGA SPI and RGB LCD Screen Description
1. SF-TC397B-8774C-N is TFT LCD module is a 3.97”inch(4.0” inch) diagonal size, WVGA 480x800, full color TFT LCD display, it can be designed to be with Resistive touchscreen or PCAP, our part Numbers are SF-TC397B-8774C-T and SF-TC397B-8774C-CT.
2. This module supports SPI and RGB 24 bits Interface. SF-TC397B-8774C-N model is having module dimension of 57.14*96.85 mm and Active area size of 51.84 x 86.40 mm; SF-TC397B-8774C-N is integrated with NT35510 controller on module, and its logic supply voltage ranges from 2.6V to 3.3V. This IPS TFT module is portrait mode LCD module, with 400 cd/m2 luminance. If you would like to use it as portrait mode or adjust the luminance, please contact with us for more technical support. the surface brightness can be achieved to be 1000 cd/m2 (nits).
